SeaHawk Pump is a weight training class for all fitness levels that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
You will need water, a mat ( but not essential) a set of weights, (or a variety of weights, for example 3 lbs to 10 lbs) or
No weights (your body weight will do) !
